NewRoads was honoured to lead this year’s parade, an unforgettable moment! As the clouds parted and the sun peeked through, our two decked-out NewRoads vehicles rolled up Main Street carrying our awesome DJ, who kept the music pumping and the crowd dancing. We handed out candy bracelets to the many smiling faces lining the street, and the energy was absolutely electric. From families and friends to allies and advocates, it was clear this was more than just a parade, it was a celebration of love, identity, and community.

At its heart, York Pride stands for inclusion, acceptance, and the freedom to live authentically, proudly representing all nine municipalities of York Region. We at NewRoads are incredibly proud to stand with the 2SLGBTQ+ community, championing love, respect, and the right to be who you are, and love who you choose. The joy was contagious, and the sense of unity was powerful. It was a day of dancing, laughter, and deep meaning, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year. Because at NewRoads, we believe in spreading love, celebrating diversity, and driving change, together.
